Our NDT Process

Our Non-Destructive Testing process primarily utilises an ‘eddy current array’ for a highly accurate, in-depth equipment analysis.

A probe is placed near the area in question, whereby eddy currents are induced to the test component.

During the analysis, changes or variations in the eddy current indicate potential discontinuities. This allows appropriate measurements to be made and to determine if any underlying defects, such as cracks or corrosion, impact the equipment’s performance.
